Building on Linden Land

Hi! Today I noticed someone had build walls and stuff on a parcel next to mine.
The coordinates are Hanbok 166, 199, 112!
The land is marked Hanbok First Land and still owned by Lindens.
Is it possible to remove that Junk??

Hello Dutchie. I cleaned this up and set it for sale as First Land.
