Incorrectly sized parcel at Clear 59,72?

The About Land dialog lists the parcel at Clear 59,72 as 2864m2, supporting 655 prims. However, my measurements of the surrounding parcels lead me to conclude that the vertical projection of this parcel could not be larger than 20m X 48m, which is only 960m2. Am I mistaken, or is this parcel incorrectly sized in the Sim's database?

Hello Lish. This is privately held land, but if you look down at the bottom of the hill, you will see it is actually two plots combined to make the total square meters. A seperated plot like this is often the result of subdivisions from the middle of the plot, seperating the end pieces.
