Junk on (now) Governor Linden land

Hi!

There's junk on the Orwood First Land 5 (Land For The Landless), Orwood (23, 196).
The land is currently owned by Governor Linden. It's also NOT listed under first land.

I'd like to ask a cleanup of this parcel (even knowing that sometime it will probably be occupied again). Thank you!
