Hey Guy,

Could you please remove the tree from Miramare 21.5, 44.5, 24 and replace it with a fern.

Also, what is the possibility that Miramare's streets could be No Build like Barcola's? (neighboring sim). Or maybe a 5 minute return instead of 60 mins. So many things get left around with the Miramare Infohub being a Home Point for many new residents.
