Request for Linden Land in Fudo to go on Auction

Hi,

Would it be possible for someone to either set land for sale or put on auction a parcel in Fudo 127,13,44.- 1024sq
It looks like the owner(Liquid Velvet Studios) left it and governor Linden is now owner

Also maybe set the land for 5 min return, there is a (helicopter in the sky,which could do with being removed on this parcel.
