two issues, the first is the simpliest

neigbors trees are hanging into my land and building, i have asked him to move nicely several time, no reply.

his trees are at Hyun 157,90,104

second is little harder, not sure what you can do about these

hyun 229,83,99

- this was firstland, the person built a plain plywood box, and has never logged back in as far as me or other neigbors can tell. the four of us in this side of sim are tired of looking at it, we are curious if land can go back up for sale or at least remove the ugly box and take off noentry. person has no ratings, groups, and we are on 20+ hrs some days and never see them on land or in sl since their first few days

hyun 250,79,91 &

- this is similar, person has never been back since first days, but this land is completely empty. any rules on reselling or auctioning and refunding his/her money? Is there a time limit?

i know they bought land and have right to it, but 4 of ushavenice shops, rentals, or houses around these 3 plos, and they do not log on to make look nice or use. we are wondering what can we do, if anything.

Hello Danielz. If you are unable to get a reply from your neighbor on the tree overhang issue, please place a formal complaint in the form of an abuse report. Use Help and Report Abuse and detail the specific issue and locations of the offense.

As far as the other three issues, I am unable to do anything for you at the present time. I can not speculate why someone would pay for land and not put it to use, but there could be many reasons for an extended absence. If the account is in good standing and the land is paid for, an owner should expect it to remain intact during an absence.
