Junkyard in Triphosa

Please could we get a clean up at the lot in Triphosa 57, 192. 44? the owner I haven't seen do anything here on the land in weeks, possibly months (I have never seen him) and every one of the 1933 prims on the lot is taken up by trash belonging to other people of all kinds from simple one prim "Creation" prims to vehicles, and miscellaneous things. The owner's Profile is without indication of whether he continues to exist in SL or not lacking any detail beyond his starting information and the land is an eyesore all cluttered up this way. is it possible to set the land to return prims not of the owner even if the land isn't technically "Abandoned" land?
