Part of Tree on Linden Land

Someone dropped a large treehouse right behind my house on Linden Land (Shepherd 240,96) then removed most of it, leaving the top of the tree (The part with the leaves)

The land is set autoreturn, yet the treetop remains. In fact, as far as I can tell, it's not even being counted in the prim count. How is this possible?

Could remove this tree remnant?

Meanwhile, this same interloper dropped two more tree houses on my neighbor's property. I've notified my neighbor, but I don't know if he's been on lately.

Hello Sashi. I took care of the treetops over the auction land. The reason it was not showing on that plot is because it was actually on the land next door.
