Rezzing Water

I was one of the quietly happy 1.6 / 1.6.1 users for the first few days. Then I began having a problem rezzing water.

If there was an event I can associate with the start of this problem, I can only think of when I started travelling to the new continent with a jetpack from Purple.

See attached picture for a snapshot of what I'm seeing. The only other time I've seen something look like this is when I set landscape detail to zero in the settings. But instead of looking like this for a few minutes, it usually stays like this for the whole session.

It shows up where I spent most of my time which is in Kiha and Nuttal (new continent), so it may be in every sim or just these few.

This would be something you want to report as a bug now and in the future, Johnny! Go up to the Help menu, select Report Bug and fire away. Be sure to enclude a screenshot if you can please!
