Small abandoned lot in Higgins

1) Two small chunks of my land were abandoned before I bought it. Total space is 48 sq meters at (Higgins 162, 221, 110) and 16 square meters at (Higgins 161,214,110). Can I buy these without it going to auction? If not, can you send them to the auction queue?

2) A long 4 meter wide strip of abandoned land borders my plot in this same area. Can this be purchased/auctioned?

3) An abandoned lot of 128 sq meters in the middle of another one of my plots at (Higgins 11, 185, 120).
