It is also almost impossible to play any sort of media without it freezing where it used to run smoothly before. It has gotten so bad and so inconsistant that we are wondering if our only recourse is to sell the lot and find another home. We own a large parcel and have been there for about 8 months. Up until recently we were very happy.
Is there any way to have the sim looked into and fixed? Thanks for your help.
UPDATE: Today the issues continue and I am forced to work on a friends parcel in another sim which is not only difficult but inconvenient. I pay a high tier fee to use my land, I'd like to be able to, well, use it.

I have contacted Live Help to speak to a liaison and get a response similar to "we are having problems and have technicians working on them" followed by the chat window being closed without any discussion with me to see what my issues truly are. Since my sim trouble has been ongoing for several months I would appreciate a better reponse. Thank you.
