Abandoned parcels in Kendall

There are several parcels in Kendall that appear to have been abandoned for many months. Each of these parcels is littered with unsightly junk. I've IMd the owners several times each and no one has ever answered; in each case, the owner's online status is listed as unknown. I've tried contacting them through their group members, but no luck. Can these parcels be condemned and posted for auction? The parcels are:

Candy Place, owned by Candy Duck (Kendall 83,223,116) 512 sq/m

Far Absolute's Land, owned by Far Absolute (Kendall 149,202,150) 512 sq/m

Nobody's Fool, owned by Nobody's Fool (Kendall 103,167,154) 4096 sq/m

Candy Duck land: Sorry, can't remove anything that is owned by her. She's still subscribed. I set the land to autoreturn anything that belongs to others.

Far Absolute land: Same deal.

Nobodys Fool land: And again. ^^

So I'm afraid I can't get rid of stuff owned by them or put them on auction, but since the parcels aren't deeded to groups, I can clear them of all other bits. Thanks for the head's up.
