I have been playing this game since 2005 and see it progressively getting worse. I have been pretty patient and understanding until now.
The whole game is a mess. Search now does not work and its been down several days. Instead of cleaning up existant problems..they give us more updates every wednesday that only creates more problems.
Now that search does not work, i am losing business which costs me more money bc of land tiers i pay each month. I thought okay.. maybe i'll use classifieds to advertise my business. Well guess what... it took my money but gave me no listing. Its on my profile page that i have paid for the ad but am not listed in the classifieds. So i contact Live Help... and as usual, they can not help me. Only told me to read Linden Blogs. And i come upon another surprise. THe blog has responses deactivated .. so they dont have to hear all the legitimate complaints.
It appears to me, they have no interest in supplying a quality product and making their patronts happy. Instead they call the shots, basically say to hell with us and take our money. NOt a good business practice act.
They have shut out communications on this. SO now i am out more money because the classifieds do not work either.. but hey... they still take your money... wonders never seize huh. Something needs to b done. It seems fair to me that at least they could have made classifieds free since seach is not available.
I wouldl like to see all the land owners come together on this so something can b done.
