There a tree I need removed

Hello , to whom it may concern I have a tree inbetween my neighbor's propperty and mine I would like removed if it is at all possible.. It's own by Govern Linden and I am not able to edit it or return the object.
Even if the tree is rotated or moved to another location I would be happy as long as it's not coming through my walls anymore.. I swear it wasn't there while I was building .. atleast I don't remember it being there..
