Hello Kokoro. I am sorry your issue is not being addressed in the order it was received. It is a known issue and it has not been ignored. I simply do not have a good answer for you yet. As soon as we are able to address it, it will get a proper response.
Some things are easier to take care of than others, and thats why they are addressed ahead of your issue. Sorry for the confusion, you are not being ignored!
