My sl wife and i have purchased a 3072 m piece of land. She has a premium membership so she will pay $10 plus the land tier of 25 for 35 Total.
If i were to up my account to premium and she sold me 1072, that would reduce her tier and then both of us would donate our lands to a group. would i still have a tier to pay on?
Or is there a better way to structure this to reduce our costs of maintaining this land?
What if there was a third premium account involved. i am trying to figure out how to maximize the "free" 512 Tier in a premium account.
