I would like the Linden undergrowth removed from my lot, please - Maia 28.112.

Um. Just a question - why can't we do this ourselves? Autoreturn doesn't seem to work such - shouldn't it?

Sometimes the plant's root prim is actually on someone else's land - making it so that you cannot return it. It doesn't show up as part of your prim limits, so you never have to worry about it unless you don't want it peeking through your build.
