can the linden owned land have the Create object turned off,??

I have this over 7sqm linden owned land right above my store building..
and I found someone who doesnt own the land placed some flickering objects on that linden lot right next to my building..and its real disturbing to have the flickering object all the time within the view while being and working there..in my lot..


I really wish if any linden come by and change the linden owned land setting to
not to create object by others( uncheck the create object) in land edit tab..

or return those alien flickering objects to the owner asap

Hopefully..Governer linden..


As I haerd he got the authority to be able to change the land settings which owned by linden

or Any other linden can do or willing to do it.

ps: the land location- 71.120 in thayer
