Pando 256m plot

There is a 256m parcel in Pando (151,130,98) that has reverted to Governor Linden.

There are currently only 4 owners within the sim and the parcel would ideally go to Purple Tiger (she borders it on 3 sides). Can this be set to auction or sale? We have waited a long long time for the owner to either respond to our IMs to sell to one of us or for it to become available by other means.
