I see that most are around L$512. Is this per month or one time? I couldnt find this specified anywhere.

this could be a completely dumb question

Hello Pezz. The L$512 price you see on First Land is a one time purchase price. The premium account is allowed to own 512m, so there are no additional fees beyond the initial purchase and the price of your premium account.
