Seems like about half the sim is under Governor control, and has nothing but trees on it. I wondered whether this was intentional and perhaps should be set up for sale?
If you do not want to set this for sale but to remain Linden owned, I would love an opportunity to build and develop a park on it, should LL be interested in having this done for them. There are no infohubs in this area, that I am aware of either.

Hello Lewis. There are no plans for any more development in Rubi. Part of it was set for sale as First land not long ago. You might try to speak with Torley about an Infohub here.
