Ground textures not loading

The region base textures for sims Kanaloa and Apukohai rarely ever resolve. I know this is an issue world wide, but it is particularly bad in these two sims.

Hello Avi. Please report this as a bug. It is a known issue, but all the additional information will help. It seems this is mostly a client side issue, but I am not sure why it is worse for some. Some do not experience the problem at all. I also have the problem with ground textures loading, but a relog will almost always cure it. I went to Kanoloa and found it to be all black lava, I relogged and it was grass.
