Removal of Object from Private Land in Cavanaugh

I just purchased a parcel in Cavanaugh (ownership listed: Happy Sky Properties) and there is an object sitting on the land at 252,223,29 that I cannot remove/return. It is a rock looking object. I will lower the land so it is in clear view.

May I please have the object removed?
