It seems like there are no trains running on the railroad that starts in Tuliptree. Scheduled downtime or a bug?

Nigel Linden and I are extending the SLRR further around the northern "atoll" volcano. It'll take a few weeks. We may have one or more contests for new stations, or a new trolley design. Don't hold us to it -- we got lots of good designs from the last round of station designs.
The train scripts have to be adjusted to extend the route ... that might account for the, hmm, interruptions in service.
