multiple first buy land ?

maybe i have the wrong end of the stick here, but how has seraph nephilim come to own multiple 512 plots of land in the first buy area, all of which are up for sale.

eg [47,99,50] [8,110,44] [79,87,54] and several plots near by.

on further inspection theres a few owners which have several plots, all of which up for sale.

i thought you could only have 1 first buy land. am i wrong on that ?

Likely what has happened is that he purchased this land from new residents, and is now turning around and selling it.
