I have a parcel in Alviso 56,21 that I'm trying to flatten the top of to put a building - the land between the road and my land is Linden land and its very rough making it impossible to flatten my land properly - Could somebody just flatten out that bit between the road and my plot so I can get a decent foundation? Thank you.
