Fortuna building area is no-build

There is a small strip of land at Fortuna 10, 230. It's carved out of the hillside. It has historically been an area where you can rez and build (there was never any autoreturn, it just got cleaned up during the nightly cycle.)

Also, there was a "boat rezzing area" just next to that strip of land in Fame. This is also no-build.

Hello Huns. The rez area lost its subdivision for some reason, I am not sure why. I have created a place to rez here. Thanks for your post.
