Hi all! I am putting this out as a suggestion to improve the usability of the ingame Search.
I find that when I scroll down to read the details on a particular ad, then click on another ad, the information does not refresh to the top again as expected, but stays scrolled to the same level as the previous ad. I don't know if anyone else finds this as an annoyance, but I'd certainly like it if clicking on a new ad would reset the position of the text window.
Thanks for your attention!

I've noticed that too. I'm new to Second Life and find the Search feature to be...well... crap. Whether you check "Include mature content" or not, you get it anyway. You also get seemingly unrelated results at the top of the search listings - not always, but quite often. Finally, if I try to search with Japanese characters using the English version of SL, I get zero results.
I don't expect Google quality results, but SL would definitely benefit from a search overhaul. Do I even have to mention people rigging the results with keyword stuffing?

Also note that if something returns over 100 results (or is supposed to) sometimes it won't. I've had searches that return 13 results, then 73, then 300some, then 84 the next time.
I've also noticed that some "keywords" don't work at all. For example I noticed that when searching for "camping" I can find a particular place that says in the description "L$1/5". Searching for that string returns 0 results.
