item permissions

Anyone else having problems with permissions of items being changed to not being able to copy, mod, or transfer when put inside a prim?
You can see that they are full permission, but will not let others access??
Its driving us batty...!!!!

well, yesterday I found out something I had set to be transferrable was not. Not sure how it changed while in my inventory. But i changed it back to transferrable and everthing was fine. No issues other than that.
