I used to be able to drop a script (with llGetTexture) in a no-copy object and it'd tell me the texture(s) of it (at least the root prim anyway) but now it no longer works. Nothing in the release notes about it either...

That stopped working around 1.6 I think, along with the displaying of parameters of objects you don't own (in the editor). Part of the campaign of some hysterical people who were afraid someone would copy their precious piles of prims

No, I could do an llGetTexture on no-copy prims recentl--like last build or so (perhaps 2 builds ago--who knows; gets so annoying trying to keep track of when these things stop working!).

I do remember when (abouts) prim parameters stopped being displayed, however.

They first did it around 1.6 I got burnt pretty badly with my publication system (Relied on that heavily) but I guess it was all for the better. I came out with a better product.

Could have came back by mistake, sort of how the same old bugs reappear.
