This is from the transactions page: From: someone For a complete list of transactions for this duration, download the XLS file. This has been bugged for me for some time. It works 6 days a week, but if I do a query which includes a Tuesday, it doesn't work. Instead of downloading an XLS file, I get a blank sheet on my browser and no file. This is true with Firefox and Explorer. What's different about Tuesdays? Well those are the only days when I get these 3 transactions: - Stipend Base
- Parcel Directory Fee
- and Group Liability
I'm guessing that it may have something to do how these are displayed/converted to XLS. I have reported this bug a few times but it doesn't get fixed. Perhaps with everyone forced to use the website, they will take a look at it. It's very inconvenient. I'm trying to download all of my transactions and keep them, but every tuesday I have to copy and paste from my web browser instead, and then do a lot of manual conversion to get it to look like the XLS files from the other days. If you are a Linden, please point the appropriate person over there to this thread. Everyone else, is this also happening for you?

You might want to send an email to support about this, and file a report in the tracking system at jira.secondlife.com .
I used Open Office to check mine, and it showed a stipend , on a Tuesday. It's not beyond conception that Open Office might display it differently if the data is there but not formatted exactly right.

It's not that Open Office won't open it. The file never downloads at all.
