I don't seem to be able to change the "Image Quality" in snapshots. There is a slider there, which implies I should be able to click on it and drag to change the quality, but it does not move when I attempt to do it.
Right now the image quality on snapshots is 50% on my client and so the images even at high resolutions looks very bad.
ALSO, I'm sorry I didn't test this before, but why show snapshots as full screen? This is awful. The preview window was much more functional. Often I'm trying to get a shot just right in a situation where the subject is moving. The ability to take a shot, see it in the preview and still have my main view moving is critical to getting the right shot. Please bring back a preview window for the snapshot as an option. The "Flash effect" followed by a frozen screen will work ok for static shots. But it slows the process down and makes capturing the right "snap shot" in a moving environment much much harder. It also hinders taking several shots rapid fire and saving them to disk.

What I do is after taking a snapshot I adjust the slider then click the "Update Snapshot" button. You might be able to see the effect immediately by checking the "Update Automatically" checkbox. I have not tried that option though so I cannot say for sure. From: Keiki Lemieux ALSO, I'm sorry I didn't test this before, but why show snapshots as full screen? This is awful. I would like to be able to converse with others while in the middle of a snapshot.

After talking to Live Help, I unintalled, rebooted and reinstalled. Now the slider works.
