The new Open feature is definite step forward in getting items from an object. However, it is lacking two simple useability enhancements that would make it even easier to use. The first would be an option to automatically create a folder in inventory with the same name as the object, and send the contents to it, the way that Buy Contents works now. The other improvement would be for Create New Folder in the inventory window to actually scroll to the new folder it just created, instead of making you scroll manually to it. The first option negates the need for the second, but both features would help. Otherwise, it is a nice new enhancement that I hope will get even easier to use.

For a moment I misread this as... From: Cristiano Midnight The first option negrates the need for the second, but both features would help.  I too would find a TRANSFER CONTENTS button handy! In the case of nocopy stuff it could just ask " Are you sure you want to transfer these contents into a folder in your inventory?" or somesuch thing. I sent in a bug report too, related, about more immediate scrolling like that. Similarly, when you expand a big folder in your inventory with a lot of items, more than can be seen (and get cut off at the bottom), the head hierarchy should autoscroll to the top of your inv window so you don't have to manually scroll down. |

Alternatively, if TRANSFER CONTENTS is too vague, what about MOVE TO INVENTORY? Any more ideas?  |

I agree on the 'move to inventory' button, the other button I would like is 'wear'.
