I'm not sure if this is an ongoing problem but my account has stop sending offline IMs to my mailbox for the past 2 weeks. So if a friend contacts me while I'm offline I will not see their messages in my mailbox. This all happened when I unticked "Send IM to Email" because of traffic of group notifications which I have since learnt you can disable. Now that I've re-enabled "Send IM to Email" I've not received a single offline IM from friends or even notifications like object parcel returns for that matter only when I use the SL client I see them. I've accessed my account from the "Resident Login" and according to my account details "I would like to receive offline IMs via Email" is enabled.

Well I'll just note that for the past month or so, offline IMs have not been working reliably. Several times a week I encounter cases where I never received an offline that a customer sent me, whereas email forwarding used to work almost flawlessly for me before. It seems to be about a 25-35% failure rate. I've had to start both notecarding AND IMming people, because there's no guarantee that the IM will get there, and of course no confirmation when they receive it.
I've even had cases where a person is in-world right now, and I'm in gmail actively replying to their questions from email and they will not get my reply. This is definitely not something I had issues with in previous years.
If you're not getting ANY offline IMs at all, you should file a support ticket.
