How many times a week or even per day do we see that statement from Linden Labs? Is there ever a day that there is nothing broken?

Planning one day for 3 friggen weeks, just wanted a few hours of your precious piece of crap game to have 100% of the fun instead of just parts of it. To have everything rezzed, to use a sticking chat channel, to tune in and get a stream..to ask a game company to give me full value for my monthly fee....we apologize, yea right....thank you for understating, well sorry f**kers I don't understand and take your apology and shove it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do we ever get a credit on our "premium" accounts when the grid is down, when this or that is broken?

Did you not have a big beautiful wedding planned for today too? I guess I would not blame you for being so upset. I think this is may be my last straw too. Maybe it is time to toss in the towel. Sell my land and move along to something that works right like real life once again....

Maybe it's just you. You must be missing the little notes on the screen when you log in then.... Inventory system problem resolved..... Failed log in problem resolved........... Linden exchange problem resolved.... Failure to rez problem resolved..... These are on the left side of the screen above where you see your log in data.

I was going by how I see it behave - not gonna count it having problems for an hour while I'm at work or asleep as a something that has a big effect on me...

Maybe it's just you. Yeah... Pretty sure only Desmonia Corvale is online whenever these bad things happen, it's just him. You're silly Meade Paravane. =< Anyway, what do you expect? They have a cowboy server setup, and until there's competition that's threatening them, they'll be lazy and half assed as always, just like eBay/PayPal! =D

.... Nope, I like being punished too much I guess to leave here. RL 'works' for you...WOW I wish it did for me too and the car/washing machine/central heating/plumbing always worked perfectly. I also wish that when they do break that it would only take a few hours to get them 'resolved' too.

(my mum used to work at a florist's so she told me all those tales of woe-and no, it wasn't HER fault they were ruined)

If those things are breaking daily then you might want to "upgrade".  5 years at the place I live now and not one of those things have broke. 2+ years in SL and I have yet to see one single day everything worked all at the same time. This is why I refuse to pay for anything in SL anymore. Free? fine, I will expect things to not work. Have to pay? Then I expect the same from them as I do any service I pay for. Everything working all at the same time for the majority of the time. Not somethings work today, something works tomorrow and so on. That is why Premium memberships are so low. If I pay for a service I expect that service the be 100% operational for the majority of the time I payed for it. Occasional issues happen and can be expected for anything but not daily, weekly or even monthly issues. I can't think of one service I pay for that has so many issues. Internet, electricity, cell phone, reg phone, TV, website host and anything else I left out. SL was launched in 2001. It is long past time for stability.
