HELP! I cant log in using the new release. Im on a mac and it just says, "despite our best efforts something has gone wrong". Any news on why and anybody gonna fix it?

Error message on logging-in with the new 1.10.0 (32)
"Unable to connect to Second Life./ Despite our best efforts, something unexpected has gone wrong./Please check www.secondlife.com/status and the Second Life Announcements forum to see if there is a known problem with the service." I have no idea what is going on. Sure, I run an older powerbook g4 mac laptop, but until tonight with the new download, I have always been able to log on. What gives? Here are my specs (and yes, I know they are skimpy but that has not been an impediment until this new version!). **I did notice that SL is trying to place me on old land that I abandoned last week.
