ok seeing as ll cannot program squat w/o it screwing up, im gonna ask for a REAL PROGRAMMER to help me with this: this is the second time its happened; since bakin textures does not work anymore, i usually wait 10,20, and sometimes 30 whole minutes, before the textures form properly.

after 30min, if they havent i relog, now i cant get back inworld. i get the crash logger, then squat. i did post this elsewhere, but im way to irritated to remeber where. is there a problem with the grid? did phils gum fall out primary slot a again?

There are many problems with the client and/or server; this is but one.

I'd suggest deleting SL completely from your system, the exact whereabouts of all the files on Windows will have to be provided by someone else as I'm on Mac. If you're on a Mac too then delete the program itself, then go into the Library folder (inside your user folder) and look in Application Support and delete the Second Life folder.
Then re-download the client from the web-site and set it all up again.

Sometimes this seems to happen, textures don't seem too bad to me so it shouldn't be the update that caused it for you, unless it somehow didn't install properly in which case removing it all and trying again might just fix it =)

It's basically the age old technological solution of "if something doesn't work, try switching it off and switching it back on again", just the software version :)

Try reducing your draw distance; number of images visible effects how things load. What video card?
