I'm using Vista x86, ATI FireGL V5200 & Catalyst 7.3
In one example region I'm getting ~15 fps with 1.13.4.59748
Yet with the new 1.14.0.0 I am getting ~3 fps
Going with the voice beta client 1.14.1.108 I am also getting decent enough framerates (albeit in a different region)
The difference was stunning. Any ideas? Others seeing this?

I'm using XP\Vista dual-booted and ATi X1900XT 512MB and Catalyst 7.3
32fps avg on 1.14 under XP Windowed
40fps avg on 1.14 under XP Full Screen
10fps avg on 1.14 under Vista Windowed
17fps avg on 1.14 under Vista Full Screen
Since Vista is a D3D native OS you're probably going to see lower frame rates from OpenGL applications under Vista. Unless ATi continues to improve their OpenGL drivers to work under Vista.
