Look sorry but FOR SALE means for sale, not for rent, not so many lindens a week or month etc.
It is time the Lindens clamped down and only allowed sims and land that is ACTULLY for sale to be listed on the Forl Sale ads.
Not let it fill with ads for land that someone wants to rent out.
Folks, if your not transfering your sim or selling land on the mainland to a new owner through a actual land sale or sim transfer, then it is not for sale, your just renting it and collecting teir.
I spent most of today lookign and did nto find one true sim for sale with transfer in the land sales ads.
