Seriously why, is this LL way to make loading the world map lighter (that i get -.-) but useless?, every zoom possible LL land is visible, Island sims doesnt show up till the nearest 3 zooms, wich make exploring the map pretty much a joke unless you have ~patience with zooming way in and wait for rez ~telehub,popular,events on. ~events (i still dont get why we can select "Event (M)" only as option as it wont show up unless "Event"+"Event (M)" is on)
~"luck" and accidentally forced logged into a sim after the one booted you out and had to relog (thank you very much by telling me wich sim i end up in AFTER im logged in -.-) does not show up on island sims when selected/or you need to be damn close to see it
~person ~classified ~land for sale I guess those who pay for a sim isnt worth enough to even have a gray blob visible so its possible to know its a island out there  I know youre "optimizing" SL by changing whats most used/heavy , cant help feeling youre just taking away things instead of fixing them as the map has been hopeless for months now. cmon what about the peoples who pay for sims, arent they worth a dot out there? |

I agree, the map is nearly useless for much of what I would like to use it for.

I recall before the Linden Answers forum closed, someone posted about Islands not showing up when the map is zoomed out, A Linden posted that it was indeed a problem and they would look into it...  So LL knows about it. What they will do about it remains to be seen. |
