Alphas and lines on my avi

OK I am certain this has been answered a few times but this forum is a pretty big clusterfuck of crap. And I have been searching for a few weeks to no avail. Sadly I have a white fur skin...and for WEEKS.... I have had orange lines on them.... also my black textures such as hair and clothes sometimes have blue lines on them and no matter what i do they wont go away. Now if I change the anisotropic filtering sometimes it goes away...but never on my skin. My skin has a permanent orange lines on it. Also at times i get flashing lights and even lines across my screen. Forcing me to switch the filtering on and off then on again or even relog ...a few times. It's enough to give someone a seizure. I DO know I have an nvidia card in my PC but no I am not certain which one. I figured this issue was on my side till my mate said he could see them too... and only on me. Unless LL instituted avatar puberty without saying anything I really could use a solution. And yes it's only on white objects i see the orange...if i wear a normal colored human skin I look fine.
