I just give up. I've been trying to build and script and the deluge of new bugs in 1.11 means I'm gonna give up until something is done LL side.

Version 1.11 looks very much to me like the work of someone new trying to "impress". Well, whoever you may be, you really did not impress me at all.

I gave up reporting bugs back in 1.7 when I realised that even a good repro would never be fixed.

Can you tell that I am fed up?

I understand totally.

Seems that the "user created world" that the Lindens tout so much has turned into "There's enough crap in world - quit building and enjoying yourself and just hump one another. KTHXBAI"

We've seen builds suffer, photos, scripting, chatting...even moving from one place to another is nearly impossible. I stay on my land just so I don't crash when I TP somewhere.

No amount of complaining/reporting/emailing/calling will prompt them to fix anything, so I think I'll give up with ya.

Anyone up for a pixellated protest? (Not like we could build the signs to do it)

Perhaps we should all constantly im the Lindens inworld until they get fed up with not being able to do anything and go off and fix sl:)

I too suffer all the latest bugs and now the grid has been taken down again as all our assets have dissappeard.

WHAT NEXT I WONDER ..... a message saying sorry we have lost everything you have paid for. But never mind it means you can start again and waste another fortune:((((

yes i been patient enough now.

Building is ruined for me a long time now, annoying things, bugs, things we never asked for and no option to disable new futures most of dont give a jack about.

Screen rotate when you are building, hit a screen edge, rotate , god i hate this A OPTION TO DISABLE THIS CRAP,

Prim selection glow is insane, edit a prim look at the glow, then shove it under ground .... THATs how it used to be, now its gloryglowyannoying , yes i know theres a option to turn selectionglow/highlight but i sure cant find it, moved it again??

Copy selection, center, click on a prim small ones dont work anymore, they copy themself inside eachother

Cut prim is just wrong it cant do anything right anymore.

Select prim distance has been cut shorter to, used to be able to pick up entire box i made now, pff... wont work as it was, oh right another change in selection burried in menues you barly can find.

Inventory... dont get me started this is so crappy, apply texture bounce to hell and where was the texture i just chose go?, and it reminds me of using internet explorer on a popup page, drag POP..pop..pop POPOOPOPOPOPOPOP.... god stand still -.-

Inventory Search .... -.-; close the damn folders when it doesnt have anything in search, dont leave 100 folders open.

What happend to change prim properties???, why can i not set several prims to physical, temporary, phantom ?, now they have to be LINKED?, piece of crap, why this annoy me?, cause link range limit is way to small build large things and you want to change several things to diffrent parameter, oh wait... you cant.. have to do 1 link at a time.

Quit moving things around menues, every time theres a big update i feel like i have to relearn how to do squat in SL.

How about the default "sort by date" for your inventory?

NO ONE ORGANIZES BY DATE EXCEPT FOR ONE REASON: TO FIND THE SINGLE MOST RECENT ITEM!

YES! I totally get where you're coming from. Ever since 1.7 this game has gone downhill. Everything was fine and then right after the 1.7 upgrade the first time I logged in to play it was like a totally different game. Texture was awful after 1.7 and is steadily getting worse and worse with each subsequent upgrade. We should just call them downgrades now. I remember getting up in front of the Lindins, in that little powpow they sometimes have with users, to tell them about my problems with their interface...Nothings changed. All the bugs I reported back in 1.7 are still there and getting worse. I just wish we could go back to before 1.7. I've downgraded my account to basic. Why pay? This game is just going to get worse. Everytime I see a new 'upgrade', I cringe.

Oh man, this is great. Now they've decided to phase out forums. I said something nasty about that at secondlifeblog...It's awaiting moderation. I'll be surprised if it actually shows up at all. Why not phase out the community altogether? The Lindins can wear boxes around themselves to buffer themselves from users...

I normally keep my inventory objects sorted by date, and I find it useful because objects I'm working on tend to be near other objects from the same build.

Is it me or does LL hate making options?

Yes the client support alot of things YOU have to add yourself , wich is just plain odd, this isnt a small annoyance , but i guess SL never can revert to old behaviour when it change something aka never make a option in preference.

And oh i did saw a Linden and i showed them a few bugs,,.... wich they never heard off, but is reported months ago -.o;

Its the replicating bugs that they need, just to bad you can neeever get one when youre trying apperantly <,<

Yeh, any major change in the user interface really needs to be optional.

Snapshots.

Button bar focus.

I'm too tired to think of the rest, but there's been many.

...

Also, every action that can hang MUST HAVE an abort option. I am so sick of getting stuck in "requesting teleport".

If it's the most recent or next most recent build, I can see it, but I've never used it except for "I just picked it up/bought it, where the HECK is it?" But now we have the Recent Items tab which does the same thing.

I'll admit there is use, but I'd bet that of eveyone (unique) on SL, MOST people sort by name because no matter what something is called we can remember the first letter, but don't expect someone to remember the date they last picked it up or even when it was relative to something else. I can't remember if I was sneezing all the time (like, every 5 minutes) last Friday or last Thursday--and those two days are VERY diffeerent!

I often don't recall whether something's called "Dance33" or "Eagle Dance", not to mention that somehow I've gotten three different "wardance" animations that aren't all the same. But I know I got it and "Chicken Dance" at the same time... so I search for "Chicken", hilight, and everything I was doing comes to me.

The key is... sort by date doesn't mean you're remembering the date. It means you're using associative memory.
