Estate Tools -

Hi Can someone Please expound on these estate tools a little specifically what is the diffference between an estate and a region
Is a region the island?
and an estate the land i subdivided and deeded to a group?

What additional rights can I give the people who buy land for their homes from me, currentyl I deed them the land ( to their group)
Are there additional estate tools i can give them?

A region is also known as a simulator, this will be 65536m2 of land with its own simulator name ie Ahern.

In this case only private island owners have access to the functioning estate/region tool menu

An estate is basically a collection of private islands, you can either have many estates 1 for each simulator you own or you can place all your simulators in the same estate.

You can add trusted people to manage your estate, but remember they will have control over the whole estate and not just there parcel, they can send messages to the estate, teleport people home, ban people, change the land terrain textures and settings as well as returning some types of objects, its not something i would give to a tenant.

So basically, I own Kaunu Isle It is a region
since I only own one island it is also the estate
If I had 2 islands or more then All the islands I owned could be controlled from making a change to ONE estate setting? Not that I plan on THAT anytime soon, LOL

Thats correct for the tab labelled estate, ie you can add a manager for all islands or ban people from all islands, the first 4 tabs (general, debug, texture and terrain) apply only to the island you are currently in and the name of the sim will be show at the top
