Problems with Group Roles

HELP!!! we have grouped all of our land, deeded just about everything including our condos to the group, and set a role for renters to use in the group. HOWEVER HOUSTON WE HAVE A HUGE PROBLEM!!!! The renters role does not have any rights to move, manipulate, take, transform any group object and yet THEY CAN!!!! One gal today accidentally "took" her condo, and i have to go put it back tonite.. one can move his around!!! THIS JUST WONT WORK FOR ME!!!!! HELLLPPPPPPPPPPPP

I've checked and rechecked all the roles, the do not have any permissions other than to set home and receive notices.

Also while your in there tinkering with the group roles, do you think you could make it so that your able to send notices to only certain roles in the group, this would be a tremendous tool to everyone running a business on a group, thank youuuuuuuu ever so much...

If you checked "Share with group" and the "Next owner can modify, copy, transfer" were checked then anyone in the group can have their way with your objects.

After you deed the object you can uncheck the "Share with group" box, this means the object is deeded (so any scripts that require this are fine), but group members can't touch the objects unless they have the right permissions.

ohhh thank you, i had no idea you could uncheck that box, you have to check it to deed over, sheesh, they should tell ya these things...lol thanks well be doing that all nite, laffin

Same here, no end of trouble when your apartments complex has individual rooms in skyboxes and someone manages to delete theirs
