Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for the Quicktime stability fix! Quicktime hasn't crashed on me ONCE since the fix! My God, its been broken since its inception, and now it's FIXED! Who do I hug?

I'm almost scared to complain that it's still not perfect. Some observations:

1) Audio from sdp streams sometimes doesn't play till the movie is stopped and restarted.
2) Video from sdp streams sometimes doesn't play till STOP and PLAY again.
3) The PLAY and STOP controls don't return to STOPPED (PLAY AVAILABLE) state after a single-file movie has finished.

But it DOESNT CRASH! Woohoo! Skippity! Happy dance and hugs!

I think that has more to do with the QT client than SL, using QT outside of SL I have those same sympoms. I have to start and stop the movie a few times to get sound.

Actually that is a painting from a utter trash 1960's novel called, "The Day the Universe Came". The picture itself came from some digital postcard site a few years ago and I removed the text. Glad you like it, just a bit of silliness.
