top menu bar

i generally use a small window if i log on during the day. in 1.6, all the text that appears in the top menu bar (menu options, sim location, time, L$, etc), would be cut off because of the small window size. in 1.7, instead of being cut off, they are all overlapping one another. it's a big jumble of different colored letters/numbers, making it impossible to read any of them.

Outta curiosity what's the size of your window in pixels?

you know, i have no idea. i change the size depending on who's around at work.

just to clarify - i don't expect to be able to read all the stuff when my window size is smaller. but having everything on top of each other is quite unattractive, and more illegible than in 1.6.

I'm finding that my Linden net worth at the top left is completely shrunk. It only shows the first digit after the L$.

hiya moss. i've heard from a bunch of people that this happens on macs. so, if you're on a mac, you're not alone. now comes the real question, how do you fix it?

I am indeed on Mac. I was just in the Mac troubleshooting forums, but didn't see anything about it.

I'll check again and post it if it ain't there....
