bug (old?): undo inconsistent

Steps to reproduce the bug: Create a prim, change one of its size parameters, and try to undo it (ctrl+z, Edit > Undo).

Observed results: It won't undo. However, if the prim is moved, that can be undone and THEN the previous size change can be undone.

Expected results: Size changes should undo without having to do another undoable change.

THANK YOU!

I thought they'd broken undo on size changes *completely*.

I find I can undo a size change if I just click the selected object again.

I find that undo on almost anything is so "iffy" that it's best to ignore it. It has been this way since at least 1.5. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but one should basically never expect it to.

Given what Josie said, I think this is a matter of focus. The control-Z is being sent to the edit size input box instead of to the object. The same thing can happen if you go and poke around in your inventory. Poking the object again lets you undo...

...sometimes. Then again, other times, for no reason I can see, undo DOES fail. Completely. Highly aggravating, because it's completely inconsistent.
