Here is a list of the issues I am experiencing with the new up date:
Friends List not working. Online friends not loading in search or friends list. Unable to start friends conference. Group chats not working. Live help option has been disabled, unable to contact live help. Map loading very slow, some times not loading at all.
Lagging, Time delay lag with maps, Inventory, Regions. Intermittent log in issues. Search, Profiles, map, Teleports seem to be lagging. Intermittent packet lose.

I'm having issues with my friends list, but everything else seems to be ok. Map view images failed to completely rez. Generally lag free unless in super crowded areas. 25-30fps. Textures load quick. No TP problems. No problem logging in or staying in.
Maybe the asset and identity servers have normalized after the update?
The Friends thing seems like a bug.

You don't mention your connection speed, cache setup or ingame settings. I would set eye candy to very low, open up a large cache of defragmented space, open up the bandwidth to 2/3rd's of your connection speed and add more ram to your system. It's probably worth investing in a new GC while you have a screwdriver in your hand.

Live help option has been disabled, unable to contact live help.

So, how are we supposed to contact in world volunteers? how does this make support better? This means we have been totally cute off, residences are going to start taking the "law" into their own hands because all communication between Lindens and residences has been cut off. what do we do when a sim is under attack? what do we do when a sim needs restarting? This forum is basically the only thing we have left, Tech support are all automated and useless for these types of issues. So now residences are on their own with no help support. I am not happy with this. ask me why I am not upgrading to premium? This is one of many reasons.

From: Draco18s Majestic Read the blog, there's a gigantic entry on the ways you can contact LL. Right I read all of it those ways do not work when a sim is currently under attack, those ways do not work when a new comer need advice or help with something. I am very familiar with ways to contact LL but those ways ONLY get automated responses. wile it's great that land owners are getting better tools to deal with both land issues and greifers, what about the rest of us? what if a land owner is away for a few weeks? does this mean we have to put up with greifing objects until the land owner decides to come back and remove it? so basically land owners now have full control and the rest of us have to just sit back and suck it up? nice. There are many issues that have not been addressed regarding support restructuring.
