Not only is the transaction data lagging painfully behind, I've noticed a new problem with the land for sale data updating very infrequently. All the lower priced land you find in the search has actualy already been bought (and set for sale at a higher price) hours before you get to it. This makes searching for lower priced land a slow and painful process.

It's not a new problem - it's been happening intermittently for a couple weeks. I bought (and sold) a piece of land last night before I went to bed, and it was still listed at the same price I bought it when I got up this morning!! Yeah, I flipped it. It was probably bought and sold 10 more times before it fell off the search at that price. Very annoying!!! Hang out at one of the lower listed parcels long enough and you'll meet half the land barons in SL.

It must be particularly harsh for the land barons.
