bug (old): selected scripts don't start/stop running if not all prims are scripted

Steps to reproduce the bug: Create 2 prims, put a script in only 1 prim, and do Tools > Set Scripts to Not Running in Selection (which is too wordy, by the way).

Observed results: An error occurs: "Not able to set any scripts to running. Select objects with scripts that are valid."

Expected results: Multiple selected prims with or without scripts should be allowed to start/stop regardless. Obviously, the prims without scripts should be disregarded since the selection still contains prims WITH scripts.
